## Preparing for Welcome Fair

* Make sure you can explain, in no more than 20 seconds, what your society is and what you do.
* Are you going to run an activity? If so, how long is it, and what do you need to run it?
* How are you going to collect people's information? We recommend a spreadsheet (not paper) to collect people's names and email addresses.
* How are you going to be identifiable? Do you have posters or banners?
* Do you plan on just being at Welcome Fair or running a standalone event throughout the week?
