The Students' Union website gives sports teams the ability to present themselves to students. You can do this by adding your own graphic and description. Your sports team page is also the way in which students can become members, paying for membership if you charge.
Presidents (and social media coordinators) will be given access to the admin panel, and these users gain access to a whole bunch of useful features, which include:
Getting a list of your members' names. This can be useful if you're checking membership status at an event.
Emailing all of your members. We can't share people's email addresses with you just for being members, but you can send a message to every full member from the admin panel.
Creating polls just for members.
Creating events. These show on the main Goldsmiths SU event feed, and can link to another page (such as a Facebook event) if desired.
'Sales reports', which show how many new members in a given time frame.
