## Gold Award

The Gold Award is a one-year personal and professional development programme that helps you to reflect on your experiences and develop the skills you are gaining from your co-curricular activities. It's run by the university, and your work in running a sports team can count towards the award!

As you're already putting in the work, you should consider taking part in the Gold Award - it's 4 mandatory workshops throughout the year and a presentation. You can enrol each October, and find out more information at [gold.ac.uk/students/gold-award](http://www.gold.ac.uk/students/gold-award/)
