Risk Assessment

Risk assessments are documents which detail all reasonable risks that your activity may incur, and what you will be to minimise the risks. Not only do they show that you are organised, but it demonstrates that the activity will be run in a responsible manner.
If something goes wrong at your training (for example: an attendee injures themselves), our insurance will need to see the risk assessment in order to cover you against any claims made.
Estates require an additional risk assessment for any unusual events, and any events with external speakers, one off awards etc, in order for them to confirm room booking.
You can find the sports risk assessment form here
All risk assessments must be completed on the first training session and emailed to tolu@goldsmithssu.org
Failure to do so will result in training being cancelled until complete. If you are having trouble completing a risk assessment - just ask!
